These year long plans are based off of the the American Methodology book by Ann Eisen and Lamar Robertson. I did add many of the songs and materials that I use. In the American Methodology book they recommend that you fill in the gaps with your own stuff. I did use most of the activities for reading/writing, inner hearing , memory, and form. These plans are new to me and I will be tweaking them as I go. I only have up to 4th grade because that is where my 5th graders are. I will be writing the 5th grade plans, but they won't be done any time soon.
You will need a few fonts to avoid seeing some gibberish typing.
Musisync: this is a free font (juts google it) it allows you to type rhythms in real notations. Great to use to make flashcards and PowerPoints
Musicalelements: another free font. I used it for my bullets
SingASign; this is not a free font ($40), but it is a great font for Orff and Kodaly teachers. It allows you to type in stick notation and it even has the Curwen Hand signs. You can find more info about this font at:

I have made several versions of my plans available. There is the original PowerPoint 2010 version, a PowerPoint for older versions, and a PDF so you can see everything the way I originally created it. Both PowerPoint versions are editable. Feel free to add your own songs and activities to the plans.
